- As an agency, can I get this on behalf of my clients (i.e. white label services)?
Yes, no problem. You should know though that we will still need to manage the client interface. We do this via a generic-branded interface. Also, we will not be available for your client account management phone meetings. - How long will it take to create and go live with my ads?
Facebook ad campaigns typically take longer to create than regular advertising. However, within 2 weeks is a good rule of thumb once we receive access to your account. - Am I bound by a contract?
There are no contracts with us. Cancel at any time and we will complete the work for that month. - Is there a minimum ad-spend budget on Facebook?
The lowest you can start out with is $300-$500 per month (depending on your industry and market competition). However, keep in mind that budgets of $1000/month or more are ideal. - What type of Facebook account do I need?
You will a company fan page and a Facebook Business account. We can help you set that up if needed. - How do you track the ad-spend and traffic?
We create and help you install the Facebook Tracking Pixel on your site. - How long before I start to see results from my campaign?
Pay Per Click advertising is ongoing; not a set-and-forget service. You will see results very soon after launch. But the real benefits of PPC will only happen after ads have been created, tested and optimized. Furthermore, ongoing optimization is needed in order to maintain placement amidst your competition. - Will I get to review the ads created before they go live?
Yes, screenshots of your ads and approximate targeting will be provided before the ads go live. - Is there a set up fee?
We do not charge a set up fee. - Who will be managing my traffic and ad-spend?
You will be assigned an account manager who will be in contact with you from time to time to discuss the status of your campaign. Regular reporting will also be provided.
